Battle of Dunkirk
This battle was one of the most important battle of the war. It was fought during the battle of France at Dunkirk. It started on May 26 1940.
When the Germans got to the borders of the town, they stopped there for 3 days. This is known as the "Halt Order". It's known that they halted to give the Allies (Belgium, France and the U.K.) time to prepare themselves.
It ended with the evacuation of the Allies on June 4.

Siege of Calais
This siege was an unsuccessful battle which was fought at Calais at France, during the Battle of France. It held during 22 to 26 May 1940.
The Brits and French tried to hold the town, bu the Germans won and took the town.
It led to Operation Dynamo.

Battle of Boulogne
This battle was fought during the Battle of France, when France and the U.K. tried to retake the harbor and the town "Boulogne-sur-Mer", from the Germans.
The Brits had to take the harbor, so they landed on it. At the next day, when the situtation got hard, they evacuated the harbor, leaving the French on their own.
After the British evacuation the French went to cover inside the walls of the medieval town. On the last day the Germans had destroyed the walls. Although the went to the harbor trying to escape by a boat. They didn't have food or any ammunation they thought there was no evacuation left; They surrendered and were captured by the Germans.
The battle took part on the 22 to the 25 May 1940.

Battle of Sedan
The battle of Sedan was a battle fought during the Battle of France. It started on May 12 1940. As the name of the battle says; the place of the battle was Sedan in France.
The Germans' main goal to capture the Meuse bridges so they could go cross it to the rest of France. The French and British troops tried to destroy the bridges so the Germans wouldn't be able to cross it. Although the Germans have successfully prevented them from destroying the bridges.
It ended with the German victory on May 15; they had crossed the bridges and marched to the rest of France.
